Food plays such a large part in our lives. There’s the basic fact that we just can’t live without it, but it also provides us with a great deal of pleasure when it appeals to our sense of smell and taste buds.  We build social and family gatherings around meals, and it’s what brings us together for holidays.  Many of our strongest memories have food involved–maybe it’s having a gelato with great friends during the summer or sipping a latte and enjoying a croissant in the quiet of your home after a crazy busy morning. We reward ourselves with treats, and we show how we feel towards others with chocolates or a fancy dinner out. Food fuels us in many ways, and this portion of themotivenation will be about sharing the recipes and dishes that make us feel good physically and spiritually.
